t could be recalled that 4 years ago, about this time before the 2015 general elections, the whole nation was agog with the campaign by the All Progressives Congress (APC) to change the country from the misrule of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

They made lots of promises especially creating 3,000,000 jobs annually, reduction of petrol price, improvement in power supply, war against corruption and so on.

Four years down the line, what significant thing can the APC point to that they have changed since coming to power four years ago?
